I' am not a nurse yet but I will have to agree with another post on sounding like a set up "law suit". However, I had put some thought into this an one thing that stuck out to me is, Patient was on Morphine, I don't know the rule of your hospital but when I has surgery after giving birth to my third son. I couldn't hold my son unless 1) Medicine worn off/didn't need pain meds no more or 2) Someone was in the room with me. This story give me goose bumps to many ideas in my head. This is like a puzzle with missing pieces. On the other hand, thank god baby is okay and the husband better thing twice about leaving mommy alone at home with the baby when they leave the hospital.

Thanks so much for the insight. It calmed my nerves. Iam really looking forward to applying. Seems like a great college. How far do they send tou for clinicals. I was reading somewhere that its more part time program an to keep aid obviously you need to be full time. Iam doing pre reqs now an some.classes that will go towards my bsn. Not sure if I will go that route but it keeps me recieving aid an if I do go bsn, well ill have a head start. Iam not to sure what else to ask but im sure ill have tons to ask as the days get closer to me moving. Im thinking I should apply now in january for fall would they allow this? Was just wondering how the nursing program is. I'am heading back to knox as I live in Florida right now and i'am so nervous about being in the right school. I' am a mother of three an work full time. Any info will help as I just stumbled across this school like 40 mins ago an i' am interested. I hate to settle at pelissippi egh Help and best of luck
