  1. Sweet! Do you have a facebook? We should make a facebook page for our cohort!
  2. Hi all! Application statuses have updated earlier this week, and I was one of the lucky few that got accepted! I was wondering if there were anyone else on this forum who applied and got accepted?

    ATI TEAS Test V5 retake

I am scheduled to take my second attempt with the ATI TEAS Test V5 this weekend and I just have a question to anybody that took it multiple times within the same application period (or specifically within 1-2 months of the first attempt) Does the test have the same exact questions? I ask this because I took my first attempt last month, and several of my friends took their first attempt shortly after at different test locations and different dates as well as same test location and different dates. I asked them if their test included certain questions that I was able to remember, and they ALL said they were asked the same questions. It seemed like everyone was getting the same test. I took it on Dec. 20. The last test I compared with was on Jan. 23 at a different location. If it is true that it is the same test, then I could know what to specifically focus on Btw I got a pretty decent score on my first attempt, but I am aiming for at least total 95% this time.

    National University LA Oct. 2014

@twoheartsasone Hi, I was wondering if you got accepted into the LA cohort 12? If so, or if not, may I ask what was your TEAS score, Science GPA, and Essay score? I am planning on applying for LA's Oct. 2015 cohort and wanted to see what a competitive applicant score looks like.

    National University April 2015

@zone2carebear Did you apply for the April 2015 cohort back in October 2014, or are you applying for the October 2015 cohort this upcoming April 2015 deadline?

Protip: If you wish to have a higher Science A.I.S. score on your TEAS test, finish all science prerequisite classes (basic/intro biology, basic/intro chemistry anatomy, physiology, and microbiology) before testing. Schedule to test as soon as you finish your last science class so that your science knowledge is still fresh.

Program Type: BSN Adjusted Individual Total Score: 86.7% ATI Academic Preparedness Level: Advanced Mean - National: 64.3% Mean - Program: 70.6% Percentile Rank - National - 97 Percentile Rank - Program - 93 Reading Adjusted Individual Score 88.1% Mathematics A.I.S. 90.0% Science A.I.S. 91.7% English and Language Usage A.I.S. 76.7% I think I did terrible on the TEAS test. This was my first attempt ever with the TEAS. I took it on Dec. 20, 2014 at the official ATI testing site at CSULA. Despite my not-so-great score, I honestly think that the TEAS was quite easy. I think people over hype the difficulty of this test. I took this without studying, so I feel that competent prospective nurses who put in at least 1-2 weeks of studying prior to the test can score 90%+ with no problem. I have just registered for a second attempt with the TEAS test at the same location on Jan. 31, 2015. This time, I will be aiming to hopefully score 95%+ total A.I.S. Good luck to everyone and study hard! But try not to let what people say about the TEAS test intimidate you!
