    hi! Where is your location in Washington? I'm here in Seattle. I just moved here 3 months ago. I need help as I am trying to apply for NCLEX here. I am a Registered Nurse, graduated on 2007 in the Philippines. I have no idea what to do first and kinda skeptical on applying for NCLEX because of the concurrency issue. Did you take the TOEFL? Please help.
