  1. Thank you guys you are the best!!
  2. I graduated in the Philippines 2008, I got my license 2012, worked in med sure/hospice unit, after a year i transfer to post op/orhto unit the sme hospital, I applied in CCU/ICU but when the manager called me for an interview i was pregnant and in my last term and a week away for my maternity leave, I didn't get hired because i think my vocabulary skills is not good and also i think i have failed to meet her expectations when she asked me situational questions. I was depressed and i lost my self confidence after that interview so now I'm scared to go back and reapply for the position, but now Im planning to move to ER department (same hospital) and Im more worried about the interview rather than the work load/ new environment. I need advice on how i can ace the interview and how can i impress the manager to and convince her to hire me. Btw, I am a fast learner and like to work understress and in a fast pace environment and always open for new experience ( as you see i keep transferring from one floor to another) Please help me.
