  1. I work in the NICU at Arkansas Children's Hospital and we have a new residency program for new grads. We are just about to start our second round of "residents" and we will have openings for our next round of hires opening 2/16. You can look at the information on the website if that helps! 2. I was born at 29 weeks and spent the first three months (nearly) in the NICU. When I decided to go to nursing school, I initially had my eye on L&D. I have a couple good friends who worked in the NICU and they talked me into and helped me get a job there as a tech while in nursing school. Come to find out, the Chief Neo was the attending that cared for me (in a different NICU) when I as born! I have stayed working as a nurse in this NICU and am happy to say that after I pass my certification exam, I will continue there as an NNP! It is definitely unique to be able to have that kind of story, but you have to be careful how and when you share with parents. It is also quite fun to work with "my" doc!
  3. I will also be with you in the MSN-DNP track in January!
