Start with that book! The eighth edition

These are the chapters that correlate with the exams. The book is fundamentals of nursing by Perry and Potter.

Clinical days are assignment the first or second week of class by the instructors. The same day until your second semester. No I do not work. I will try and attach the reading list and book like here!

With studying.. Working part time or not at all is better. :)

Hi Angela! My schedule is M: 9am-12pm for process 1 then 5-7pm for pharm T: my clinical day or Wednesday Thurs: 9am-12pm for process then 1-5pm for math. My gpa was a 3.6.. you will be fine! The HESI is needed too! Best of luck.

I got 38/50. Not my best. But grateful for passing. I know where I went wrong on a few questions. Stupid mistakes. Lol

I'm so unsure about that first test. Trying to stay positive.

Each one of us through our own different struggles.. I have no doubt in my mind that we will kick butt this semester and EVERY semester. So proud of everyone. Either before or after class some of the ladies on here mentioned about meeting up. I am worrying about traffic also. It's the first day of school for all of broward. So definitely plan accordingly:) what do you ladies want to do? Up to meeting up beforehand?

So incredibly nervous. Are all the north campus ladies meeting up before class still? I'll probably be there early. Just incase. 😂

There are so many pages of info as well. What are you printing out besidest the lecture slides?

Welcome nursejock! Yes. They calculate your gpa with the pre reqs and include HESI. Also what some don't tell you is that when you get into the program..if you haven't completed Microbio (chem pre req with that) social/behavioral class, and a humanities class you MUST before you complete the program. Many didn't know that...now ontop of their nursing classes those 3 must be completed too. Just a heads up incase you haven't taken those before you send in your application. Best of luck! :)

I agree! Just a lot of info..and repetitive. Many say don't take the tests lightly and read deep and retain the info. Ugh the stress. Lol. Keep up the good work bellefiti! Any reading ahead we are doing is beneficial i am sure!! :)

What a nightmare I had last night. Dreamt I lost all my supplies..shoes..backpack..and was like an hour late on the first day. Hahaha is ANXIETY kicking in or what. 😱
