  1. I recently decided (for various reasons) to begin working in the dialysis unit... I knew it would be a challenge, but it has been very rewarding thus far. Anyway, somewhere hidden in the anxiety about this new endeavor, during training, I stumbled upon this article that really has a lot to offer new, veteran, or potential dialysis nurses AND patients. There is a link below, but in case it doesn't work, it is an article on iKidney called, "Flight Dialysis."
