  1. I've been a lurker on this site for a long time, but this is my first time posting anything. I'm at the end of 3rd semester of nursing school. I have my med Surg II final tomorrow and I having a lot of anxiety. I'm having trouble sleeping, my heart is racing, I'm breathing heavy, and I just can't calm down. I'm freaking out over this exam and it's never happened to me before. Do you get anxiety for exams? What do you do for it? Please help! *disclaimer: I am NOT asking for medical advice, I'm just asking for coping strategies and calming techniques.
