    i used lippincott, mosby , saunders and few days before my exam. delegations and prioritization

    i am so desperate and frustrated knowing that i failed again for the fourth attempt of taking the exam. i attended kaplan review on my second attempt and i stopped on 76.. on my first test, 84..then on the 4th exam i stopped on 265... more delegations, prio and sata.. can somone help me to pass the exam..i need your help seriously

    i took my nclex rn for the 4th times, i reached 265 and i failed..i am so frustrated and feeling so down.. more SATA and delegations and prioritizations and infection...help me pls, i want to retake again, i used lippincott, mosy and saunders.
