  1. Hi, I am starting my first RN job in January (home health). I was wondering if there is a particular professional liability insurance that you can recommend. Thank you.
  2. Thanks for the replies. I emailed BON and this is what they answered: as of 2012 our offices no longer issue a blue pocket card certificate unless you specifically request one for $25. You may print a copy of your license at any time from the following website.. So I dont think they know what I am referring too.
  3. Hi, is there a diploma or certificate that you receive after you pass NCLEX? I am not talking about the pocket card. I mean something that I can put up in a frame. Maybe its different in every state, I am in Georgia.
  4. Good luck for tomorrow Megs2015.
  5. By the way, those scores I had on Q-Review were not the percentage. That was how many number of questions I got right. I was concerned about pharma as well. I did not read through all of the meds but the ones I did I read just once and that was it. I had maybe 3 or 4 pharm questions. Had to guess on some of them cause I was not sure.On Hurst they say you should aim for 84 out of 125 questions. That includes all the different areas.
  6. I just took NCLEX six months after graduation. In case you have not done it yet, you should do the HURST review. That is all I did and I passed with 75 questions. I did buy the Saunders book last year and I did not open it until the night before NCLEX. I just wanted to see what its like. It was way too detailed for me. Too much to read. Thats what I loved about HURST. I hope that you check it out and that this will do it for you. Just dont give up and dont listen to people trying to tell you that your not meant to be a nurse.
  7. Try to read the core content again. Thats what helped me. My lowest q review was 77 and the highest was 87. I took NCLEX on Monday and passed with 75 questions. I have been out of school for six months so I was worried that so much time had passed but the HURST review did it. Make sure to look at the fifth day materials as well.
  8. I took NCLEX two days ago. I did my review with HURST too. My Q-Review scores were 77, 82,84,88 and 87. I was wondering if it was too low but I passed with 75 questions. How are you scoring?
  9. One of the tops is an M, the other one is a L (I think so, I cut the sizing label out of that one). The pants are both sized S. But the clothes all run big. If you want to check out the sizing, they are all from Cherokee. I also have a white Casio watch with second hand.
  10. I got 2 pairs of the uniforms available that you will need. They also got the patches on that are required. I also have a lab coat with a patch for sale as well as books. Contact me if interested.
