  1. I'm curious about what type of question this would fall under regarding Bloom's Taxonomy: Knowledge, Comprehension, Application, Analysis, synthesis, Evaluation. "Which statement by the client regarding his new Warfarin regimen would require a followup by the nurse? 1. " I need to avoid green leafy like spinach and cabbage." 2. " My medication dosage will be determined by my lab results." I only posted two answers to give an example and obviously choice 1 is the correct answer. Now would this be considered a difficult question or not is the question. Thank you !
  2. So i took the NCLEX today for the second time and I am very nervous. I did 265 questions. I know i got the last question right, but I am just running over in my mind if it was a passing style question or not. Got tons of SATA, 3 math and lots of prioritize. My last question ended on, " Which statement by the patients requires a follow up?" Does anyone know if this style question is a pass or fail type. So nervous! Too scared to do Pearson trick based on mixed reviews on it not working right sometimes. Plus! dont really want to pay 200 again right now if i did fail haha
  3. thank you for your recommendation! i have the hurst and saunders book, but was told kaplan was the way to go. This time ill try those!
  4. Hello all! I took my NCLEX Dec 6th and found out yesterday i had failed at 144 questions. I was so upset because I did kaplan questions religiously and would score at least in the 70s. But when it came to the nclex i feel like nothing i have been studying for was on the nclex!. I had 7 sata questions in the first 10 questions and then like 50 after that. I am terrible at sata! Im feeling really discouraged. Is there anyone who has any advice on the best way to study or what to study? Clearly kaplan didnt work for me Thank you so much in advance!
