  1. What does a normal 12 lead with no st elevation but depression in some leads signify?
  2. BP 80/42 vomiting copious amounts
  3. His blood pressure needed 1000cc and I gave him what he needed
  4. Yes I had an 18g in right hand and 16g in left AC with fluids going in each. He ended up getting total of 1000cc by the time I got to hospital

  6. They prefer zofran because it's less invasive and usually only want you to give phenergan as a last resort but when you do give it you can give 12.5 mg IM or 12.5 mg IV diluted with 10cc of normal saline
  7. Yeah I gave it to a patient last night. Some services carry both just incase you have a patient who is allergic to zofran

  15. He was shot with a 22, patient was stable. He had vomited and was dry heaving afterwards
