  1. To the "OP felt off" person...It isn't that I don't eat often enough everyday, but I am a full time student and on MWF I am in class back to back from 9-2 and I took my test on Friday so those days I know I don't eat but in the am and not again until after my kiddos are in bed. I never asked or insinuated I needed medical advice. I was simply asking a question about whether or not the lab tech whom administered my test would be the person to inform me or the analysis lab, that I needed to retest. I just thought, for me it seemed light colored and I asked you all because you have been here done this. I am not sure where, in any of my OP that I sounded concerned about my eating habits or water intake. Also, in a subsequent I said that I am just mindful of the possible delays of approval for any number of reasons and I don't want to be that. If I sounded "odd" to you, I am not sure what to say, because I didn't feel "odd" about anything lol. Enjoy your evening and thanks for the non advice advice ;-)
  2. Well, JulesA, I can tell you for certain I am no substance abuser.... and I am not sure about them but I drink only water for the most part. Also, I haven't had a ton of drug tests in my life so I am unfamiliar with the ins and outs of them. The only reason I even knew that a urine specimen of any sort could be too dilute is because at orientation for school she said not to drink too much water or it will happen. That being said, I didn't realize that 2 12 ounce bottles over a 7 hour period constituted a ton of water hahahahaha. I am sure I am fine, I just felt like it was really clear....Thank you for you input though.
  3. Cool Cool! It was certainly mine all mine lol! I just want to avoid any delays .....procedures for getting into the program once you've been approved are very intense! Thank you for responding!!! Michelle
  4. Hi there! I just went and took my drug test for nursing school. I am wondering about how clear my sample was. I hadn't eaten very much and I drink a lot of water. My urine was really clear. Not completely but it wasn't too yellow either. The technician conducting the test didn't seem to think anything. If she did it wasn't mentioned to me. So I am wondering if it was too dilute would she be the one to tell me to retest or do they let the lab call me and tell me? I went to quest and I had a couple of hours before the stopped in order to retake if need be. So I am wondering who is responsible to decided whether I'll need to retake?
  5. I have been accepted to nursing school in Louisiana and I have some open warrants in Texas which I have been arrested for a long time ago. They were "dog at large" tickets that I didn't pay for and then an "Expired Registration" ticket. Will it show that I have warrants for traffic violations or a class c misdemeanor.
  6. I have an old misdemeanor charge from illinois and I am have my background check done through the state? I didn't live in that state ever, I was only visiting and never went and took care of it. There is only and 18 months statute of limitations on those and this was about ten years ago. Should I disclose this to the state or will they even look for misdemeanor tickets? I just can't get the court docs I am needing and only have until May 8th to do so. If there is anyone out there who has been thru this and is willing to be honest enough to give me advice, please do!!!
