I just finished nursing school I was accepted into UAB School of Medicine stop discouraging. UAB has one of the best medical schools in the US. It's a great decision I've been told it will be easier than nursing school..... chill dude

Hey I'm looking into the UAB program first off can I get in with a act score below a 20. Then how do you like the program and just clinical site locations do they have open lab for you to practice and how big are nursing class sizes just all types of info how many hours do the students study per day

Ok c511 although I am a senior in high school this year I have had a campus tour and advisor session. I was explain that as long as you completed 30 semester hours at UAH you'd have priority on admission to the program. I was then told as long as you made a 70 on the HESI that you would be accepted. So considering that your not priority but you have a 3.7 GPA and you made a good score of 85 you should have a good chance on getting accepted. She told be someone with priority got in with a 3.0gpa so it would be best if you could finish your pre reqs at the uah campus.. Also spring is less competitive than fall.
