    I was hired by a home health company as a salaried RN working Sat, Sun, Mon, 12 hour days. I was told I needed 9 points a day in order to reach my quota. So basically, I would have to do 3 SOC, and a visit to get my salary. SOC are 2.5 points, regular visit is 1-1.5 points. Some company SOC is 3 points...this lowering the point system puts more work on the weekend admission nurses.
