  1. Hi Everyone! So, I am a new grad, graduated in May, and passed my boards in June! After hunting for a job, and putting applications out in peds, med surg, and a couple in the ER, I was just offered a job at my goal hospital in their ER!!! I'm so excited, its a full time DAY position, which I hear is unheard of for new grads, and there is a 16 week orientation. I'm hoping for some advice and tips on how to survive and do well!
  2. Hi! I'm a recent RN grad from St. Francis! I honestly had a love/hate relationship with it. They give you the education to be an amazing nurse, but on the bad side, "**** runs down hill". When things happen, or people talk, pretty much anything, they kinda end up being upset with the students. I didn't love it, but it was worth it! I hope that helped!!
  3. I vent to my boyfriend all the time. He's still a student too, so he gets the frustration and exhaustion, which is great. I think it's important to vent instead of bottle it up.
