I live in San Diego. It went well! I was told it would be 1-2 weeks for a decision, but I had a request from HR the day after the interview for my letters of recommendation (as I'm a new grad) to check my references. I'm hoping thats a good sign! I'm still waiting for my ATT to take the NLCEX though, so I'm really stressing out about that.
Can anyone please share what to expect during my interview next week for a new grad residency program? I've always known L&D is where I want to be, and I feel so fortunate to have this interview! I want to do my very best to get the offer :) Thanks!
Hi everyone! I'll be interviewing at Sharp Mary Birch for an L&D new grad position, and I'm hoping to get some advice on possible questions/scenarios. Does anyone have any experience interviewing with them? Thank you!!
