    Hi. I realize you posted some time ago. I'm not sure you found the answers you needed. I am looking into refresher/remedial courses in Florida also. Here is a link to the approved schools in Florida Florida Board of Nursing » Florida Board of Nursing Approved Remedial Courses - Licensing, Renewals & Information If you have not been in a clinical setting for over four years both theory and clinical are needed. I live in the St. Petersburg area and I am finding setting up a local clinicals very difficult. Good luck!
