    On CGFNS website everything says about education outside of US. I also called them and they could not answer my question. I do have a lawyer, my own, but again he works with the company and usually brings people from Philippines (Im not from up there). More to say, my I140 has been approved andI485 already filed

    I need an advice. Im applying for a green card through an employer and I see that visa screen certificate is needed for nurses educated OUTSIDE of US. I have US based RN degree and went to school here and passed the NCLEX. So I don't really understand the point of paying 540$ to verify my education. My lawyer says I need it. Though I can't find any reliable info on internet confirming I need it. Has anybody been in the same situation like me?
