  1. You will get in I can guarantee you that!
  2. Hola! I created this group hoping that we can all stay in touch and meet on orientation day! I just came back from work, opened the letter and I am in!!!!!! For those of you that got in congratulations, for those of you that didn't get in you can also try next quarter don't give up!!! The minimum points were so high this quarter. I a shocked! who is going to orientation on dec 2???
  3. Good luck to you too! I handed in my application and didn't want to let it go! I am hopeful I will get in, but the waiting is brutal like you said. The total points to get in last quarter were 104. We shall see this quarter. I live in Shoreline and have heard only great things about the nursing program. So, if I get in I will be celebrating for sure!! Best of luck
  4. Hola! Now that the Winter 2016 application is closed, it is waiting game. Good luck to you all. I really hope I get in.
  5. Well done! I am.happy for you because I know how competitive it is. I still have to take a whole bunch of classes. Getting a 4.0 is harder than I thought. I will make sure I get the max points and will apply to other schools as well. Please let us know how the program goes also, did you have to write a paragraph including your bonus classes? Or why do you call it a paragraph. It sounds like you had to explain why you think those classes will help you be a better nurse. Thank you so much! Hopefully I can apply for next winter 2016.
  6. Congrats! Did you have mainly 4.0 gpa? Any tips? Thanks
  7. Thank you tripleoxer, I Just got a CNA position, and have my volunteer hours, but then again, it seems as if everyone does that. I hear seattle central is more laid back as far as application process. Do they have a good reputation? I live in Shoreline and heard nothing bit good things about their RN program, really hoping to get accepted once it s time to apply. Curious, are you currently enrolled for nursing? Gracias
  8. Hi guys! What is the lowest GPA to get accepted into SCC nursing program? I understand the material well and love studying. However, my anxiety is getting the best of me while taking the tests....so frustrating!!! For those of you that made it into Shoreline cc, congrats! What were your lowest GPAS? I want to know if I have a chance. Much apprecciated
  9. By the way, the minimum score for students accepted for Fall 2014 was 100.60. I emailed and ask the nursing program secretary
  10. Hi there! I am trying my best to get good grades. So far not a 4.0 but I really want to get into shoreline! I have been volunteering, and just got a cna job. Any tips? Any of you that is already in the program? How is it? Thanks
