  1. First of all I am new to allnurses.com I had no idea which "Forum" to choose for this topic. Any whoosers I am also a new nurse! Yay! Unfortunately though, I was used to using Epic and absolutely loved it! I recently accepted a job that uses Cerner/Powerchart and I cannot seem to organize my day with my preceptor without feeling scatter brained. I feel like the orders are in too many different places and the time is set up all backwards, I cannot stand the refresh button, it's just been crazy trying to get used to it. Maybe I should just give it more time. I feel like I see nurses charting "not done" just to get it off the chart, even though it was done. I just see it as a mess. It's only been the first couple weeks and it seems to be nurse vs. chart, and it takes a lot more time than Epic as well. Does anyone know of a way to make this seem at least easier, or has went through the same problems and can reassure me it'll get better? Thanks!
