  1. Hi All, Has anyone had issues with the documents uploaded to the compliance website? I uploaded the executed "Nursing Student Confidentiality statement", after review, I got this message "[COLOR=#333333][JK 11/3/2014] Your school has provided a specific form for this requirement. Unfortunately, the document you uploaded does not match the required form. Please attach or upload a document that matches the required form." [COLOR=#333333]I'm pretty sure I uploaded the correct document, and I can't find another "Nursing Student Confidentiality Statement" anywhere. [COLOR=#333333]
  2. Seriously, "This is the precise reason why endocrinologists should be diagnosing and managing thyroid disease instead of other physicians (family practice docs, internal medicine docs, bariatric surgeons, etc)." I have Hashimoto's thyroiditis, all labs were normal, dr.s refused to listen to my symptoms, until I grew a GOITER, lol. Finally found a dr. who was smart enough to check for antithyroglobulin antibodies. So yes, the bigger picture should always be looked at.
  3. I used the official ATI book as well, got a 93.3 (99th percentile). Best $50 I ever spent, definitely the way to go!
  4. You can totally make up the 12 points. My suggestion is to use the official ATI study guide. The method that worked for me - I took one of the practice tests in the back of the book, before studying, to see where I needed to focus my efforts. Then I read through/studied the book (pretty intensely for about 1 week), and took another practice test. At that point I felt confident and scheduled my exam, I got a 93.3 which put me in the 99th percentile. I'm telling you, it's a whole different story when you have the official ATI book to study with, totally narrows down what you have to learn. By the way, I hadn't even taken chem at that point, and was still able to ace the science portion, the book is that good. Good luck, You got this!!!!!
  5. Hi Everyone, I'm new to this board, also waiting for an acceptance to the spring 2015 concurrent program. Was hoping to hear something this past Friday (but then, I'm always hoping to hear something). This wait is killing me!! Good luck to everyone.
