  1. I dont get it. Are you making fun of me
  2. Hmm. Nurses care more for their own selfs and less concerned about a patients worry for their rights. Many of you had interesting things to say and were very helpful. Thank you.(not all nurses some are sweethearts)
  3. "clock in, make $, get out and get on with real life." Do you like your job?
  4. So this happened a while ago while I was in inpatient, I was on a lot of drugs so the memories are somewhat blurry. I can't remember much of what led up to this but, I was freaking out to a nurse(guy nurse, I think) because he just wouldnt get away from me. I was screaming at his face, I warned him if he didnt get away from me, I'd slap him. A lot of the rest is blurry, but I remember defently being tied up on the bed really tightly, like jesus on the cross style. It was painful. and I was left alone for while. Abuse or not?
  5. This happened a few times while I was in inpatient. And I was throughly disturbed and annoyed by it. Like, don't you have anything better to do? I remember once I was listening to nurse/staff person, I think her name was Margaret or something and yelled at her saying :"Shut the **** up!"
  6. Actually as an impatient I was super paranoid because the staff would leave the doors unlocked while I was away because I was afraid people steal my things.
  7. I thought it be educational for psychiatric nurses to hear what there patients actually think of them. As a former psychiatric patient,(obviously better now) I have experience with psychiatric nurses. So if you have any questions, comment below :)
