I was charged with a crime, Criminal Mischief, 3rd degree, LAST YEAR! I did not think this had to be reported, as I pled guilty, went to Anger Management, etc. I got in a fight with a friend when I found her and my husband together. She did not get in any trouble. However, it is time to renew my license, and as I came to the question about a criminal offense, I looked it up and I have to report ANY history! Help! Am I going to lose my license? Will I be able to work? Will I be suspended because I didn't report this? If I knew all of this, I would have went to court and fought it, but I didn't have the money to do that and the police, who I now believe lied, said it would not go on my record if I admitted to the crime. Now, I'm finding out that it is on my record! I've never been in trouble! I'm a single parent with 3 small children. Will I be able to work while this is reviewed? Oh, so many questions!
