BeautifulThings

As a child I was diagnosed with petit mal epilepsy and spent a great deal of my childhood as a patient of Duke Children's Hospital, until my adolescence when my epileptic seizures ceased. Perhaps because of the fact that I grew up surrounded by those in the medical field, I have always had a interest in becoming a nurse. I am pursuing the last few semesters of my bachelor's degree in human development, after which time I plan to pursue nursing through an accelerated program. I live in Oklahoma with my husband and three young children (ages 8 months, 2, and 4). I study when I'm supposed to be sleeping. :) For those wondering my username is based off the song "Beautiful Things" by Gungor, whose lyrics always inspire me to be my best.
