  1. thank you so much, I do appreciate your advices, I will definitely take the associate Road first and do the BSN once I get my NCLEX.
  2. Where exactly in Oklahoma are you? Because here in weatherford , CNA gets 9$/h now depending on th shifts , it can vary. And there are lots of benefits too.
  3. I see!!! Please Do you have an idea on the job market for ADN in Oklahoma? Because I read somewhere on this site that some states have a huge preference on BSN graduated than ADN. What do you think about oklahoma? Can I get hired with my ADN? What if I don't have the NCLEX yet and I want to bridge to my BSN before writing the NCLEX.

I was also thinking about applying to Langston university, so that I could finish my last prerequesites there and apply for their nursing program also, to get the BSN. I am just kind of confused between getting an associate degree or a Bachelor.

I need advices about associate degree in Oklahoma, if I finish it and I want to continue with my BSN right after graduation, Do I need to write the NCLEX, before applying for the BSN program?
