I haven't spoken to anyone else who has been accepted but I would go through and look at the prerequisites they require and what your GPA is in those classes alone.

Hi there! Best of luck getting into the NY location. I do have a previous degree in Athletic Training and I volunteered over 1300 hours when I was initially in the program but once I graduated in 2012 I realized I could make better money as a nanny so my degree quickly just became side money on weekends working tournaments and games. My GPA is a 3.5. I retook my anatomy and physiology classes at a local community college. I also ended up taking chemistry, micro and developmental pysch. I'm currently in the middle of a medical ethics course. What are your stats? Are there any questions I can answer for you?

Hi! I'm not sure how many people will end up seeing this but I was just provisionally accepted to Utica College at St. Petersburg for ABSN Fall 2015. I'm from Charlotte NC and tried getting into a few other schools where I was either waitlisted or rejected. I accepted at Utica though!!! I'm really excited to be able to meet everyone! A little more about myself, I am 24 with a prior degree in Athletic Training which I am currently only using part-time, the other half of the time I work privately as a nanny. Excited to hear back from other potential students! Don't be shy!
