I got my acceptance letter today! So excited that I made it in!

I haven't received a letter yet, but I am in San Diego so I expect to get it later this week. I calculated my points to be 105.9, so unless I am exactly right with my calculations I won't make the 105.1 threshold. That is a high cutoff as compared to what I've read about in the past as being the cutoff. If you don't mind me asking, where were you not awarded points that you otherwise thought you had? Did you get all 4 points from the educational bonus section? I'm a little concerned that I may not have made the cut since I was already sitting at 105.9 by my calculations.

Congrats tpeacoe1!! Were your calculations on your points correct? And did the letter say what the cutoff score to get in was?

That's good news! I guess I'll get mine closer to the end of the week, and of course Veteran's Day is on Tuesday so that will push it out a day. Yes, hopefully we all get in, I'm pretty sure with a 111 points you're pretty much guaranteed to get in. Thanks for the update!

Hey guys, I also applied for Shoreline Winter 2015 and am very anxious to hear back. I calculated my points to be 105.9, I hope it's enough to get in this quarter. I live in San Diego and am planning to move back to Seattle, and I'm guessing that I'll receive my response a couple days after you, so it would be great if you guys post when you get your letters so I have an idea if mine is on the way! I also applied to EvCC winter quarter and I am waiting for a response. I also got the information that letters were being sent out yesterday, but I live in San Diego and expect that it will take a few days. I don't know what we're up against either, for example, how many people applied for winter quarter. Good luck everyone.
