Nursing school in manila
Hi. I'm Lyn I wanna go back to the Philippines to study BSN. I'm currently working at a nice hospital here in the US as a LVN. Mostly everything that the RNs do, the LVNs can do here, and the pay is so much lower than RNs. I'm also a US citizen. I'm about to get a divorce from my husband and i have 2 kids. I took up BS in Physical Therapy in The Philippines but i didnt finish the 5th year which is the last year. What school would you recommend in manila or QC? I'm planning to take my kids w/ me. I think i can focus more w/ school coz i'm gonna have a stay-at-home nanny to watch my kids, and i'm not gonna be working, unlike here, i have to juggle between my kids, work and school. Do you think my plan will work? When i'm done w/ BSN then i'll go back here to the US and take the board. All advice will be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks in advance LYn

LVN School advise in Houston
Hello. Thank you for your response. i live in Sugar Land. Im taking up the pre-req in BSN at HCC, but i decided to take the shorter route which is LVN. I was taking up Physical Therapy but i didnt get to finish the last year which is the internship. I think i only have 5 pre-reqs left. I want to tkae ADN too, but since my subjects are more than 5 years already, they wont be credited so i have to take it again. And i dont want to take that route. I also have two kids, 5 and 2. Im just a stay home mom and i wanna help my hubby pay for the bills. I's hard when only 1 in the family is working. Is there any pre-req to get in the LVN program? Are you done with school? LYN
