Hello there, I need help with a decision. I am a new graduate nurse studying for the boards, yay, and I want to know what you think of applying to bond before actually passing the boards. Second, while doing orientation in school, I realized I wanted to do either maternity or psych nursing. When I spoke of it, I got the do 2 years med/Surg before doing anything else because you get experience and can transfer out after to whatever you want to do. I really don't think I have too much time to transfer around because this is my second career and I'm already 50 years old. Don't look it but my birth certificate says it. So, help please.
