Thank You All For The Congrats! I am very relieved =)

When taking the nclex-rn I took it for 4 hours and the computer shut off at 264 questions, not 265. I was freaking out I went to my car crying and telling everyone I knew that I had failed the test. 264 was such a cliff hanger and I thought that it must have meant that I failed. I was 1,000,000% sure that I was going to have to take it again and I began planning how I would start to study. Two days later I paid for quick results and I found out yesterday that I PASSED. It is the best feeling in the world. But the point of me writing this is to give hope to all nclex takers. No matter what number question you end on or how long you took the exam for, wait for your results and stay positive because you never know what the outcome will be. I ended at 264 and I had two friends who ended at 208 and 199. You can pass endng at any question, do not let it drive you crazy because the # you end at is not a direct indication of whether you passed or not. So try to take your mind off of it and do something with your time, whether its walking your dog or going out for drinks. Afterall you deserve some you time after going through this entire process. I studied using Kaplan questions. I did the entire qbank and sample tests 1,2 &3. I also did all of the questions in the lacharity prioritization and delegation book which is a main reason that I found priority questions easy during the exam. I took a class called Ready To Pass and they give you a book with key concepts of nursing which is the main source I used to brush up on content. The book is only available through the course itself. Saunders also cleared up questions that I had too. Never lose hope and give all of yourself to the process of studying so matter what the outcome is you know you tried your best.
