Hi, I was hired at loma linda hospital as a cna/patient care tech. I have been through the nurse hiring process before and I know its a long time. But I was wondering how long it takes for the HR at hosptial to respond? I intereviewed on monday then got a call from the DON on Friday that I was hired and to wait for HR to call me. It coming up to two weeks since that Friday and I have not gotten a call from HR. I called HR and the assistant looked me up on the computer and it said I was hired but to wait for a call to let me know what the next steps were. I know I am just really anxious and can't wait to get a response. So I have not gone through the background check or anything yet. I know they are busy but I am so antsy. lol So when should I expect a call from them? How long should I wait before contacting the recruiter?
