This is going to drive me craaaazy haha! We have our exit HESI on Thursday and I'm so distracted

I know! The resident who gave me my tour said that they usually take less residents for the Feb cohort because its a smaller pool of graduates and they'll take more for the May graduates

No news yet They said they were taking 12 this cohort! So not very many…

The tour was so nice! They asked where I wanted to go and I said ED, NICU, or PICU, and they took me to all 3! The hospital is beautiful :) I felt the same way about the case study! I really didn't expect my nerves to effect me in that way! The behavioral questions were a little on the unexpected side for me just bc they weren't the run of the mill questions everybody uses but I think I did better on those than on the case study… Anyways good luck y'all!

I graduate from UT Arlington in December! What about you?? I don't really know how they choose people :/

I have heard that it is a panel interview and the number of people in the room varies (my friend had 5 people asking questions in hers). Apparently there is also a case study portion of the interview.

I've heard that they do 75 interviews and take anywhere from 15-25 residents! Have y'all heard anything about the interview process? some people have said that it's really intimidating!

Hey y'all I'm getting ready to apply for the Cook Children's GN residency for the February 2015 cohort and I was hoping to get some advice or really just people to talk to about the process :) I'm almost done with my essay but I'm still "perfecting" it because I'm a terrible essay writer.
