  1. UR Interview coming up, need some questions answered please.

    Hello, I have the opportunity for a UR position and have some questions to answer prior to determine if I even get advanced for a telephone interview and was helping you experienced UR nurses could help me. The question is: Who benefits from a top-notch UR program? I know right? It sounds like a trick question because my first response was the patient, but do they really? Then I thought the insurance question, but I won't be working for an insurance company but for a facility, so that doesn't seem the right answer either. Please help me figure this out, I only have a couple of days to respond. Thanks in advance.
