    I took my exam July 17 and I kept checking on breeze. My application "disappeared", I think it happened after 24 hrs and 48 hrs passed and still.. nothing... I didn't do the PVT. Since I've read that it's not that reliable anymore.. I'm so scared.. It shut off after 135..

    Hi, I'm a bit confused. In the application form for Nevada(NCLEX-RN), In section 1 there's this question " I last practiced on this date?: __/__/__ and in what state?".It also says that I must indicate a date & phrases such as today and currently will cause a delay in processing the application. I graduated in the philippines and I don't have any work experience yet but I have a local license. What do I write?
