  1. I ended up not taking the job - too sketchy to risk a license over it. Ill just pick up PRN hours at my regular job.
  2. So I was called by a healthcare company (seems legit online) and offered the job as a PRN flu shot nurse. The job requires traveling to different companies and giving flu shots to employees. I am an ER nurse and giving the shot is no problem. What seems sketchy to me is that they want to send *me* the vaccine...like, to my house. Certainly there are legalities and guidelines for storing these things. Not to mention mailing them. What if they sent me a bad batch and I gave it (unknowngly) and they could argue I stored it incorrectly? Does anyone have any experience with this? Anyway for me to find out the legality of this or if the BON allows this? I am in South Carolina and the company is out of state. I carry malpractice insurance, but of course I hope I never have to use it.
