I'm trying to share my experience with everyone possible. I met with advisors from all the nursing schools with BSN programs. I ultimately decided to enroll at Brookline College. If you haven't heard of them, look them up! It is a smaller school but very personal and very successful (you can check out their On-time grad rate, NCLEX pass rate, and accrediation at AZBN.GOV). IF you haven't gone to AZBN.GOV yet, check it out it's a great website to get you started. But I just started at Brookline on September 2nd and so far I absolutely love it! The professors are great, the classes are small and personal and the falcutly is awesome. They made my admissions process smooth and stress free-***************, I give his number out to everyone cause he was so kind to me through the process :). They usually never have a waitlist as long as you get in early enough before a start date (I enrolled in early August and still got in for Septemeber). As far as jobs, this schools job placement rate is currently at 90%! I am so pleased with them so far I just wish I could tell the world! You should definitely check them out! Hello! I checked out almost every nursing school in Arizona before I made my choice. Luckily, I didn't have to worry about transfer credits so I don't have a great answer in that regard. I can say though that the school I chose I had to dig some more to find. I started on Septemeber 2nd and after my first week I can officially say I'm in LOVE! I chose Brookline College for numberous reasons. 1. They are a small and personal campus with only about 250 nursing students 2. The admissions requirements aren't nearly as strict as most of the other schools which speaks volumes for their factulty (look up their stats on AZ State Board of Nursing they are AMAZING for how easy the admissions requirements are) 3. The admissions process was made so simple for me ****************** 4. I can get my BSN in under 3 years which is super fast but will get me in the field quicker (their job placement rate is at like 90% FYI :) ) From what I've heard from other students though is that they do accept a bunch of transfer credits. Like I said, I can't say from experience cause I didn't have any to transfer in. Also, they don't have a waiting list if you get in there soon enough before the start date. I was able to enroll in early August for my start that just happened this past week. Like I said I only have great things to say about Brookline so far and from what I've heard from other students there, everyone loves it-I know I do! I would definitely check them out! It never hurts and I think you'd really be impressed. They are not as well known cause they don't do a lot of marketing but the are a hidden treasure for sure! Hello! I checked out many schools before I chose one and Chamberlain was one of them. They have a great campus and great program but I worried about some of the online classes as well. Thus, I ultimatley decided to go with Brookline College. Their entire program is on the ground campus which I love! I would much rather meet with the professors face to face on a weekly basis. I just started this past Tuesday (September 2nd) and after my first week I am extremely pleased! The professors are great and the campus is nice and personal. They made the admissions process incredibly easy and stress free (****************). I am excited to continue my education there and I will finish my BSN program in less than 3 years which is another reason I chose Brookline! I hope your program is going well but if you are uncertain about it, I would say check out Brookline (plus they are close to Chamberlain so you wouldn't even have to travel far) :) Good Luck and hope this helped!
