Passed NCLEX RN 2nd Time!! :)
I stopped around 118. I had several alternate item questions and about 10 SATA. I honestly wasn't keeping track since I wanted to stay focused on the exam. I had a lot of priority, not too many medication or delegation questions. I've learned that it's not good to go by the quantity of the types of questions you're getting since it can go either way for anyone. The reason I walked out of there so down is because some of those questions were just so hard! I had to really tackle them and break them down. And I'm just hoping that worked out for me. I honestly don't remember my last few questions. also, not relying in the PVT. Lol sucks I'll have to wait two days.

Passed NCLEX RN 2nd Time!! :)
What style of questions did you get the first time around? And what made you believe you failed? I took my nclex today and i have this awful gut feeling that i didnt do well. I walked in just hoping for the best & giving it all i had. I am a negative person all around so not sure to trust my own thoughts haha!

Just took my NCLEX! Anxiety through the roof!
Hello RN's and future RNs! I took my NCLEX RN today and let me just say I don't think i did well at all. This whole experience was so traumatic and i acutally cant remember half the stuff i was tested on. Anyways... The computer shut off at around 118 questions. I was so devastated being that i felt like i completely missed more than half of the previous questions. I was hoping to get more questions!! lol. For those that have taken Kaplan probably noticed that the test was very similar in format in terms of the color of the interface and i swear even the fonts were the same!! The questions were just as difficult, probably at a higher level. I got a lot of priority questions and a mix of alternate style questions (pictures, drag and drops, exhibit, and the ever so favored SATA) I found it strange that i didnt get too many. I wanna say about 10? I wasnt keeping count being that i was trying to remain calm and focused. I also didnt get too many medications, and no delegation questions. I've read a lot of these forums and im well aware that everyones exam is randomized and theres no way in telling if you passed/failed. I have this horrinle gut feeling that just wont go away!! I am sure of one thing this was one tricky exam!! If anyone can offer some consolation I'd really much appreciate it since these two days of waiting are going to be a draggggg.
