  1. You should not beat yourself up or doubt your NCLEX abilities based on the diagnostic test! I did not score as high as my classmates on it and I also failed the Predictor test the first time but I just took my Nclex on the 29th and passed with 75 questions! The Q banks and question trainers are what you need to focus on. I averaged about 58% on them, but I made sure to re-mediate the rationales and I did fine. I graduated on July 31 and started studying from Aug 4-28th and I improved so use the diagnostic as a study point and don't let it discourage you!
  2. I just graduated and I was in the first class that used Kaplan and I also did horrible on the first few exams, but by the end of the program I was doing much better. Kaplan takes practice and it did not all make sense to me until my last semester. Don't freak out about Nclex I took it on Friday the 29th and passed with 75 questions and Kaplan was my main study point. During your last semester a Kaplan rep will come out and host a 4-day Nclex review that will teach you how to use the Kaplan process and this will help you be successful!
  3. I would say that you should focus on the Kaplan Q Banks. I passed on Friday with 75 questions and Kaplan was my main source for studying. There are about 1100 q bank questions and I completed all except for like 30. The main thing is to re-mediate the questions so you understand the rationale to answering the questions.
  4. You will not have to wait longer than the 48 hours. I tested on Friday the 29th and just received my quick results today at around 3pm so yours should come available on Tuesday about a hour after when you finished testing!
  5. I would suggest Kaplan. I did the face-to-face review course the last week in July and then completed all of there Q Bank which is about 1100 questions and then studied the rationales.
