    Hi everyone! I recently graduated with my ADN in May and took my NCLEX in the middle of August. As soon as I found out my results (I PASSED!) I started applying for jobs at the local hospital. The same day I got a call from the pediatrics department. I did my interview the next day and got the job! I was wondering if I could get some tips on starting my first jobs with peds. Any insight, tips, tricks, or personal stories would be so appreciated! I am very nervous but very excited as my passion during school was peds and ob! Thanks so much!
