    I thought you are allowed to speak with the BON unless you have already submitted an application. To make something clear forgot to mentioned I haven't finished nursing school yet.

    Hi everyone, I wanted to know if anyone knew about how an arrest can affect getting your license? I was arrested for assault. The case was dismissed, and I was not convicted. For the board of nursing I saw that if you had a conviction you would be denied to get your license. How does dismissed assault charges work? Thanks any help works!
