RainMay, Thank you for being honest about your scores. It is a relief to hear that you spoke with the Dean, (although I suspected people were lying about their 90+ scores on the TEAS). My scores are VERY similar to yours-Hopefully we both get in!! Good Luck

EllenMarie, I am a radiologic technologist registered in x-ray, CT scan, and MRI. There are so few jobs in my field that I have been FORCED to go back to school for nursing (it's been almost 3 years since I could find work). Ultrasound will have more jobs-but not many, and there is no guarantee, many sonographers are out of work too. If you go to school, your life will be much easier if you go for something in demand, like nursing. I know so many x-ray techs that are paying off student loans, but can't find any work-it's awful. I also applied at those two campuses! I am playing the waiting game too-can't wait to find out... Good luck to you! From what I have read online, it sounds like Ivy Tech likes to take their time with the acceptance/denial letters.
