  1. What do you mean the MSN in clinical leadership isn't worth much?
  2. Hello, i have been an RN on a med/surg floor for three and a half years. I earned my BSN in December of 2013 and plan on starting on my MSN this fall. I am interesting in trying something other than bedside nursing before I finish my MSN but I am not sure what else is out there. I feel that unfortunately i am already getting burnt out on bedside nursing. I am starting to really dislike my job and have heard from other employees and friends at other facilities that it is the same everywhere in my area as far as hospital nursing goes. I could really use some advice.
