We will all be moving to the Melbourne campus in January. Cocoa is more early morning class time. You still have to learn a lot outside of the classroom though. It's just the way the program works.

Not sure about Cocoa. We just have powerpoints with voiceovers, that is what is considered online. We teach ourselves a lot. Cocoa's schedule is more involved. I work full time as a nurse tech at the hospital at night, so Palm Bay works for me. You still teach yourself with cocoa though. You still have to put in the same amount of time studying. If I'm not working, I'm studying. We all have no lives. Lol.

It's half online. We have class one day a week. Lab every third Thursday. And the weeks you aren't in lab you have clinical.

TEAS is going to depend on you. Basic subjects, math, science, reading, and grammar. Everyone is different. And I like it. I enjoy it. We teach ourselves a lot because Palm Bay is technically hybrid,half online. It's difficult, not for the faint at heart. You have to put your time in.

Also the schedule is 2-9 on Tuesdays the first year and Monday's the second year. Lab is on Thursdays and clinicals are on Fridays or Saturdays. Every two weeks is lab week so you don't have clinicals the week you have lab.

I'm applying to the program also. 2nd time around applying for me. Anyone else applying to UCF as well?

The points will probably help with the overall score. I'm hoping my reading and overall score will help my points. And yes, I know. My mail hasn't come today yet but I have already checked lol.

What did you get?

I didn't do horrible but didn't do fantastic. I can go either way. I had 29 points, 71 overall and 80 on reading. I changed my major 6 months ago so I didn't have time to build up my points. I took micro, A and P 1 and 2 over the summer and took the TEAS test two days before the application was due and didn't study for it. So I'd say I did well for not studying.

Yeah and that's the thing, people apply when they didn't pass the TEAS or not finished with pre reqs. It is killing me too knowing I have to wait a whole nother week before I maybe get something. They need to email us like UCF.

I was told letters will be sent out by the 15th.

That's what I have been told anyway.
