  2. See thats the problem I'm running into because he was basically just at risk for everything. And their are no defining characteristics for that. His pain was low besides that ones tricky to do anyway. He had no abnormal on assessment. Im at a loss.
  3. I'm hoping someone can help me figure out a NANDA diagnosis to use for my care plan. Usually I do not have so much trouble trying to find one but it seems like the only one I could come up with is risk of falls. So here's the situation. I have a 15 yr old male who dx with hallux valgus (bunion) and had surgery (calcaneous osteotomy with resection of the right foot). The risk for fall I thought would be good because he is non weight bearing for 6 weeks with a cast. But it doesnt have any defining characterists to use only related factors. I was also trying to find one that had to do with possible risk for injury but that one only has related factors as well. If you can please try to steer me in the right direction that would be great !!
