Wow good luck to you there in Seattle. I'm gonna start this Wednesday too. They say working in LTC is quite challenging too, as for us our ratio is 25-30.

Thank you so much for the enlightenment. I tried calling the Texas BON and they told me to do it thru paper submission and i Don't get the point what's the difference if I apply online. But as you have stated the steps, I think I'd prefer those. Thanks for your response! Good luck to you as well.
