NCLEX-PN: 37 SATA and 8 put in order questions
The day before I took my NCLEX, I went to my Saunders question bank and got through about 70 of them, and I got less than half of them right. For me, it seemed like the NCLEX ones weren't as hard. My NCLEX seemed to have a pattern - when I knew I answered a question correct, it would go to a SATA and stay at those until I got it wrong, then it would go to a put in order question, and if I got that wrong, it would go back to the multiple choice. This pattern seemed to repeat to the point where I kind of knew what my next question type would be.

NCLEX-PN: 37 SATA and 8 put in order questions
Yes, you're correct about NCSBN not having much SATA. I actually did not see any but that's were my Saunders came in handy - their test bank had 171 SATA's that I used to practice.

NCLEX-PN: 37 SATA and 8 put in order questions
I used virtual ATI, some of Saunders, and the NCSBN learning extension. I received my ATI green light on Jan 31st and on Monday, my school switched me over to the NCSBN question bank. After getting on the NCSBN site, I was bummed that I would only have a few days with it before I tested. I knew content but this site REALLY taught me how to read those critical thinking questions. On the actual NCLEX, I had 2 questions that were almost identical to questions from the NCSBN question bank. Advice that I have given classmates that have not taken the NCLEX is to make sure you're able to spend at least one full week on the NCSBN learning extension site.

NCLEX-PN: 37 SATA and 8 put in order questions
I took my NCLEX today and was shocked at how many SATA questions that I had on my test. My test shut off at 85 questions and so far, I have the good pop up on Pearson Vue. I left the testing site feeling good but now I'm starting to worry. I know the Pearson trick shouldn't be trusted until 24hrs after. Is it true that the more SATA questions, the better?
