All I was told they r reporting me to state for dignity issues.

This pt had hx of over 300 falls. Administrator said only allowed to transfer with 2 asst dt he also fell with PT. I was the only nurse there for bldg. CNA that was there was not allowed to take care of him. No supervisors told me. They left us alone leaving me to try to transfer him alone which we almost fell. Called don...basically said ure s.o.l. wait till 3 rd shift gets there. I sat w pt until they arrived. They said I treated him like a child & he wasn't dressed properly causing dignity issues. They never addressed the fact I was trying to protect my license & his safety. No I'm not in court. Admin said she is reporting me to state.

I was working in an asst living facility. Many neglected pts & ppl in w/c? Lol. Asst living. On my eve shift I was alone nurse w on cna. One pt was 2 ppl asst by admin orders dt over 300 falls, yes 300. The man takes bp pills, trazadone and drinks alcohol. Well no one told me my cna was not allowed to touch him dt recent issues & cna suspended over abuse of same pt. I tried to take pt to BR but we both almost fell. I already worried about license & getting into trouble over these so called asst lvg pts who are nursing home but no help there. I call the DON she tells me too bad. I'm 20 min away. U have to wait for next shift. I has the pt with me to prove I was trying to get help. He was in his usual boxers. We were in room alone. He never complained to me as we sat there tgtr waiting for help. I actually apologized to him. Admin said I am turned in for abuse cuz the way he was dressed, they never cared about me being alone or us waiting for help. She's mad I know how they lied to me about the cna not allowed to help me. I have been left alone there w no cna & training a nurse I said was impaired on drugs. They got mad at me for saying that & tried to blame me for her incompetence. Do they have a case. I'm in college getting higher degree wats going to happen? I can get job for now but worried
