    I just started travel nursing. My primary residence and where I was first licensed is in Arkansas which is a compact state and I have a multistate license. I am wanting to travel to Florida which is not a compact state and I know I would need to apply for licensure there as well. But another nurse told me that I would lose my multistate license if I applied for a license in a noncompact state. This doesn't seem right to me and I just needed to clarify it with someone who knew for sure. Thanks :)
