  1. I just read Saunders ( 10 chapters a day) the exam is not about strategy you need to know the content to be able to answer the questions. buy delegation and prioritization book as well.
  2. I did not do much of practice questions. I took Kaplan review cause but did't pay much attention to that. I watched a lot of videos on you-tube about how to perform basic nursing kills and I surely got many of those on my test. I read Saunders from the start to the end and the day before my test I read management of care, infant positioning in a car, surgical and therapeutic positioning as well. Try to memorized vital signs throughout the life span. Don't forget about all the precautions. Safety Safety Safety.. Let me know if anything I can do for you
  3. I passed my RN exam with 75 questions . when I got to question 35 I knew the computer will go off at 75. I encourage all of you who are yet to take the exam to review Saunders comprehensive RN REVIEW BOOK, the "YELLOW book". I read from cover to cover, I also bought prioritization and delegation book 3rd edition. These two books are the best after the BIBLE, so please read them and go for it, you will pass your exam. Email me if you have any question. Thanks
